Hope ...From Violence to Healing, Inc.

murder victims'
family members who oppose the death penalty, will join
Ohio native
Abe Bonowitz, director of Citizens United for
Alternatives to the
Death Penalty (CUADP) for a series of press conferences
throughout
Ohio on Tuesday, May 15, 2001. They will be traveling on
the Journey
bus, known as "Abolition Movin'," a 1965 GMC
Coach dedicated to the
abolition of the death penalty. Bonowitz, Pelke and
White will join
local anti-death penalty activists to speak out against
what could be
Ohio's first non-consensual execution in almost 40
years.
